Berry Yogurt Pops (Test Kitchen)

These popsicles are such a simple and delicious treat for all these upcoming warm days! All you need is 3 ingredients! Use your favourite vegan yogurt, sweetener, and berries! You can watch me make them in my Test Kitchen video here.



Ingredients (makes 4)

1 to 1 and 1/2 cups vegan vanilla yogurt (depending on size of popsicle molds)

2 to 3 tablespoons maple syrup

1 cup fresh or frozen berries (I used blackberries and strawberries)


-If making one flavour, add all ingredients to a blender, blend til smooth and add into popsicle molds.

For 2 flavours

-Add 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, and 1/2 cup strawberries to blender.

-Blend and then add to 2 of your popsicle molds.

-Add another 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, and 1/2 cup blackberries to blender.

-Blend and add to other 2 popsicle molds.

-Add in some whole berries or a bit more yogurt/maple syrup mixture if molds aren't full enough.

-Freeze for 4-6 hours before removing from mold and enjoying!
