Cinnamon Granola

I made this granola by throwing together ingredients I had around the house. Add whatever nuts/seeds or spices you want! Simple and delicious and makes your house smell so good.


2 and 1/2 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/3 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

dash salt

6 tablespoons aquafaba

1 tablespoon olive oil

-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

-Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.

-Spread granola on a large parchment lined baking sheet.

-Bake for 25-30 minutes, mixing the granola around every 10 minutes so it cooks evenly.

-Remove from the oven and cool before storing.

-Enjoy on yogurt or smoothie bowls or as a snack!
