1 cup dried rice
1 tablespoon oil
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 cup kimchi, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon mushroom seasoning
3 tablespoons kimchi juice
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
-Cook your cup of rice and set it aside.
-Add oil to a large pan on medium heat and add garlic and kimchi. Let them cook for a few minutes.
-Add cooked rice and stir everything together.
-Add mushroom seasoning, kimchi juice, and rice vinegar. Mix it all up and turn it down to low heat and put the lid on.
-Let it cook for 5 minutes.
-Remove from heat and add sesame oil and sesame seeds.
